These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in the "Rhino 3D Live Online Masterclass for Architects & Industrial Designers" ("Course") offered by CompuSoft Education ("we", "us", "our"). By completing the payment and registering, you agree to these terms.
The Course fee is ₹999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only), payable in full via Razorpay at the time of registration. Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund requests must be submitted before the first live session of your cohort begins. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Once the cohort has started, the Course fee is non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Registered participants receive access to session recordings and practice files for personal learning use only. These materials may not be downloaded, copied, shared, sold, redistributed, broadcast or used for commercial training purposes without our prior written consent.
All Course content, including but not limited to videos, presentations, practice files, exercises and written materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of CompuSoft Education and/or the trainer. Your registration does not grant any licence to reproduce, republish or create derivative works from this content.
Participants are expected to join sessions on time, maintain a respectful learning environment, and not record, screenshot or share live sessions without permission. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, Rhino 3D software installation and any other tools required to participate. We recommend testing your setup before the first session. We are not liable for disruptions caused by your network, hardware or third-party platforms.
CompuSoft Education's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for registration. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements or project results.
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify the curriculum, or change the instructor in unforeseen circumstances. In case of a cancellation by us, you will be offered an alternative cohort or a full refund.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
