Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 12 October 2026

1. General Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the "Rhino 3D Live Online Masterclass for Architects & Industrial Designers" ("Course") offered by CompuSoft Education. By registering and paying the Course fee, you accept this policy.

2. Course Fee

The non-refundable portion of the Course fee is ₹999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only), payable via Razorpay at the time of registration.

3. Cancellation by Participant

• Before the first session: You may request a refund by contacting us before the first live session begins (6 August 2026, 8:00 PM IST). Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, minus any payment-gateway charges retained by Razorpay.
• After the first session: Once the cohort has started, the Course fee is non-refundable. This includes non-attendance, technical issues on the participant's side, or change of mind.

4. Transfer of Seat

Seats are non-transferable to another person or future cohort unless explicitly approved by CompuSoft Education in writing.

5. Cancellation by CompuSoft Education

If we cancel the Course for any reason, you will be offered either a seat in the next available cohort or a full refund of the Course fee, processed within 7–10 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund
